1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1 This agreement ("the Agreement") is made between 4Sale-or-Let.com ("The Supplier") and the user ("You").
1.2 "Web Site" refers to www.4Sale-or-let.com, or to any web site controlled by the supplier and providing a similar function.
1.3 This agreement covers the terms and conditions under which you use the Web Site, and the information contained within it.

2. Accuracy of Information

2.1 Property descriptions, photographs, and location details have been supplied by the advertiser, are not reviewed by the supplier, and the Supplier takes no responsibility for their accuracy.
2.2 Mapping services are provided by third parties, and the Supplier takes no responsibility for their accuracy.
2.3 Where floor plans have been provided by the advertiser these are unlikely to be drawn to scale, and are only as a guide to layout.
2.4 It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information and photographs.

3. Liability

3.1 We will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for any direct or indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of your use of our web site.

4. Copyright

4.1 Except as stated in 4.2 below copyright for all information, logos remains with the Supplier.
4.2 Property descriptions and photographs are the copyright of the advertiser.

5 Third Parties

5.1 Nothing in this Agreement is intended to nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.

6 Privacy

6.1 4Sale-or-let.com does not collect any information in respect of general users of the site.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
